SALARY RANGE: $120K - $135K
HIGH END OF THE SALARY RANGE IS CONSIDERED FOR THOSE WHO EXCEED QUALIFICATIONS IN A REQUIRED AREA

Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to fill the role of a Change Practitioner  for one of our clients.  The designated candidate for this position will join a collaborative team environment, providing support and expertise necessary toward the successful delivery of the project deliverables, and provide effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting status/progress.

• Responsible for supporting the creation and implementation of change management, communication, and training strategies that maximize user adoption of technology products. 
• Responsible for leading and/or supporting activities including but not limited to: change management, stakeholder analysis, communications management, end user outreach, workshops, surveys, marketing, and training support.

• Bachelor's degree Information Technology or related field or Equivalent Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of related experience

   

• Min. skills required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (preferred) or STEM;

  • 4+ years DevOps/DevSesOps with proven background in bringing best practices in CI/CD pipelines and code automation.

  • Experience with CI/CD automation, testing automation, containerization (Dockery/Kubernettes), virtualization, and automation of compute and infrastrucuture.

  • 2+ years with cloud automation (AWS).

     

• Preferred skills:

  • Masters degree in STEM with education (not specifically the Masters education) in CS or Computer Networking or

  • 7+ years experience in DevOps, automation, cloud automation, CI/CD pipelines.

  • SAFe certified

  • Experience Working on a SAFe program

• Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to work independently, with minimal oversight.
