Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to fill the role of a Data Analyst (Junior) for one of our clients. The Data Analyst (Junior) performs analysis on information from various sources to prepare accurate reports, summaries, and replies to inquiries. This role manages data compilation, cataloging, distribution, and retrieval, and participates in ad hoc data projects to provide actionable recommendations.

• Analyze information from multiple sources to prepare documents, reports, and summaries.
• Manage the compilation, cataloging, caching, distribution, and retrieval of data.
• Participate in ad hoc data projects and analyses to produce actionable insights.
• Collect data and run basic reports in response to client inquiries.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand client requirements and develop analytical solutions.
• Accurately enter data into databases, documents, and spreadsheets.

• BSc/Ba in progress in any related field; relevant experience and certifications are a plus.

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.

• Experience in data analysis and report preparation.

• Strong skills in data management and retrieval.

• Proficiency in database and spreadsheet software.

• Ability to produce actionable insights from data analysis.

• Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and collaboration skills.

• Must be able to work independently, with minimal oversight.

Preferred Certifications

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Splunk Core Certified Power User.
• ITIL v4 Practice Manager (PM).
• Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
