Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to fill the role of a Fleet Manager for an existing government client. We are looking for a bright, energetic, customer service oriented professional to join our team. The selected individual will join a collaborative team environment where they will provide expertise and support coordinating the efforts of team members to deliver projects according to plan. Key to the success of this position is the successful delivery of projects, and effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting project status.

 

Responsibilities

  • Supports the telecommunications shared resource team with administrative functions and customer service.
  • Assists technical staff with formatting correspondence, filing reports, distributing mail, and scheduling conference rooms.
  • Performs parking validation via the Parking HUB Web System.
  • Handles facility maintenance requests, PIV badge renewals, and PIN/VPN resets using Life Cycle Workstation and ACU system.
  • Manages Alternate Logon Token (ALT) distribution, issuance, and record maintenance.
  • Creates ServiceNow ticket incidents, executes TSR orders, and completes POTS purchasing.
  • Maintains and updates telecommunication equipment inventory for UCC.
  • Delivers light equipment, calling cards, and director’s mail.
  • Serves as Vehicle Manager, overseeing CIT government vehicle operations and employee reservations.
  • Maintains vehicle logs, EZ-Pass records, and prepares monthly authorization reports using KEY-PRO III.
  • Coordinates vehicle maintenance, loaner pick-ups, and repairs at NIH stations.
  • Trains new employees on CIT vehicle usage and updates SOPs regularly.
  • Manages office supply inventory for the AMG and supports administrative officers in processing customer requests.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree
  • Minimum of five years of successful fleet management experience.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal to no oversight
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
