Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to fill the role of a Network Program Manager who will be responsible for leading the successful execution of all task order requirements throughout the contract’s period of performance, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction for client. This role serves as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for the client managing complex, multi-site network operations and support functions.


The Network Program Manager will oversee cross-functional teams, coordinate with senior client stakeholders, and ensure compliance with technical, financial, and quality standards. This position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to manage multiple interrelated projects in a dynamic federal environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Contractor’s primary liaison to the client and senior client leadership.
  • Organize, direct, and manage contract operations across multiple locations and teams.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Lead quality management efforts and ensure conformance with program task schedules and deliverables.
  • Prepare and present technical and financial reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee task planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
  • Facilitate meetings with customer and contractor personnel to review progress and resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with federal security and operational standards.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field such as Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Networking, or Telecommunications.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience managing contract operations and complex, interrelated projects for large federal agencies.
  • Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and manage senior-level client relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience in quality assurance, cost control, and schedule management.

    • Certifications:
      • Project Management Professional (PMP)
      • ITIL v3 or v4
      • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
      • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
    • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
    • Knowledge of federal security and compliance frameworks (e.g., FISMA, NIST).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Must possess strong organizational abilities.
